Pioneer Strategic Plan:

Goal 1 (Achievement)- East Bank Middle will increase the percentage of students that achieve typical and/or high growth in Math and RLA by 3% through quality instruction through a student learning environment by increasing each individual student growth EBMS will in fact increase the total proficiency scores.

Goal 2 (Climate and Culture)- Based on the 2023-24 WV School Climate Survey, there will be a 3% increase on the 2024-25 WV School Climate Survey.

Goal 3 (Family and Community)- Families will increase participation by 3% according to the sign-in sheets of each event from beginning to the end of the 2024-25 school year.
